Barentz is present at Expoializos with solutions in high impact ingredients

Barentz's participation in this year's Expoializos was marked by valuable connections with customers and a strong collaboration of strategic partners. The booth attracted great attention from visitors and partners, further consolidating our position as a reference in ingredient solutions for the food industry.

Featured tagatosis at the booth

The great protagonist was the tagatosis of ASR Group, creatively presented through a sugar -free yogurt demonstration. Tagatosis is a natural sweetener with a flavor similar to the ordinary sugar, But with less calories and low impact on blood glucose. To complement, Sample sachets with QR code that directed to the product's technical sheet and information about its approval by Invima as an ingredient prebiotic. The result was of high engagement and extremely positive feedback from visitors.

Workshop in partnership with Ashland

One day before the fair, together with Ashland, There was a workshop specializing in modified cellulosis. The event brought together more than 150 participants, providing excellent visibility for brands Barentz e Ashland. The exchange of knowledge and the interaction with the public extended during the expoialments, reinforcing the concepts presented and strengthening relationships with customers and partners.
